The Hop Tub

The Hop Tub is a brand new brewery and tap room that arrived on Hurstpierpoint High Street in September 2023. We are a relaxed but forward thinking microbrewery and kitchen with our focus on exceptional flavour and customer service. We are all about being a welcoming, open and vibrant place that belongs in the heart of the community. Imagine hand crafted beer, with big interesting flavours, alongside well crafted classic lagers. Now imagine a street food inspired menu bursting with fresh locally sourced ingredients, exceptional quality meats cooked in our smoker and an inspiring forward thinking vegan and vegetarian offering. Our Sundays are all about great quality, comforting roast dinners and delicious desserts.   In case you haven’t guessed it already, we are all about providing people with a place they would want to hang out, eat, drink, laugh, chat and everything in between.    As a key part of our small team we are looking for someone creative and who has a natural enthusiasm for food. We think someone who has a bright personality and enjoys thinking outside the box would be a perfect fit.     You’ll be helping to design amazing street food and casual dining dishes for our menu that will appeal to our customer base and fit the ethos and personality of the Hop Tub. Not only will you be responsible for delivering dishes that wow our audience, you’ll be involved in helping to create food that will be a match to our ever changing beer selection, all made in our on-site brewery.  Much like with any kitchen, you’ll also be responsible for the day to day, feeding into new menus and an ever evolving offer. Naturally you will look after ordering, stock management and control as well as maintaining a high level of hygiene so a full knowledge of health and safety practices and a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is a must.
