Revolution Brighton is a bar/restaurant situated on West Street a stones throw from the Brighton Seafront. Our kitchen currently takes about 3-5K in food sales per week primarily over the weekend with some incredibly busy brunch sessions. Our food menu consists of a small plates grazing menu, hand stretched sourdough pizzas, a wide variety of beef, chicken, veggie & vegan burgers as well as salads, wraps, sandwiches and sharing platters
