Relatively new to cheffing, however have ample experience in the hospitality industry which has given me a tailored wide range of skills and understanding of hospitality. Have excelled quickly and efficiently since embarking on my career as a chef and consider myself to be a creative, passionate and determined chef hoping to continue to develop my skills in the kitchen and define and elevate my cooking.
