Hi I’m a chef of almost 30 years and still as passionate as I was when I first started catering, I am a hard worker and I enjoy the buzz of the busy periods. I’m currently working agency and long term goal is to have a good work life balance and to settle in one venue, things haven’t been great for the past couple of years due to covid outbreak but now things are getting back to normality and it’s onwards and upwards.
