I am a self taught chef with a vast amount of experience working in commercial kitchens. I have gained invaluable knowledge over the years that has enabled me to excel in all aspects of my career to date. As a true foodie, I have a hunger for creating innovative dishes using the best produce in order to cook good honest food, remembering always to keep a close eye on every aspect of the detail and presentation. I pride myself in my professionalism and my ability to work well under pressure; I believe that with my passion and creativity, I can be an asset to any kitchen.
