I worked in hospitality for almost 10 years, few years back. Started off in a chain restaurant, them moved to gastro pubs (seems that every pub is a gastro pub these days;)) I then moved to head chef in the last 3 years. I also worked in a small boutique hotel in Kemptown doing weekend breakfast service and all of their additional functions like wedding, birthdays and other gatherings, and there were quite a few. Whilst I now work in an office FT (M-F) I do love and miss cooking and would like to find something PT around my normal work. Could do most weekends and some weekday evenings if needed as well. Got rid of all my whites, but still got my knifes ;)
