Reliable, sensible, contentious, and a good cook. Having co-owned and run the kitchen at the Queen Vic for a decade, I'm looking for occasional, chilled, fun work with nice people. Prep work and event work is ideal, and ideally not service. I'm a skilled chef and can turn my hand to pretty much anything, but I'm particularly good at big flavour, and turning good food and good GP from simple ingredients.
