I have been working as a chef for 16 years, 10 years working in high end establishments (Harvey Nichols Manchester, The Chester hotel Aberdeen, The Duncombe arms Derby, Cloak and Dagger Bristol, Grays larder chorlton etc etc) i have also worked doing banquet and function work, fresh food brasserie and currently doing agency work. I'm a no ego, get along with everyone, love working as part of a team kind of person. Reliable and consistent, happy & comfortable working in any kind of venue if the money is right.
