I'm 46 and have a world ranking in Freestyle frisbee. From leaving education until I was 30 i worked as a chef. From setting up and running a kitchen at Legoland Windsor at 19 years old! Then working at the head offices of both BMW and Panasonic catering for staff. Moving on to outdoor event catering in London for a company called Payne and Gunter, doing events at Hampton court palaceĀ  (750 people, 4 courses. In a marquee, in a thunderstorm!) To a dinner for Prince Charles at Syon Park. To name but 2.. Moving to Brighton I got out of catering full time after a few years of working at Browns and beacame a dog behaviourist. Only using my catering to get me into festivals every now and again. Until now, catering is in my heart and it turns out people love my food so I keep getting asked to do more jobs! For the last 5 years I've run crew kitchens at many feativals including Magical and I'm now the house caterer for the Scallywag Party, Level 7 and will be the Scally crew caterer at Smallworld at the bi annual event in Kent. I work with many catering companies too providing help, like Pancake paradise at the Green gathering, The occasional Kitchen at various events and breakfast chef at Beautiful days and Spring classic.
